Women in Art December 8 - 18, 2004   The Courtyard Gallery & Café and Art Connection hosted their premier “Women in Art” exhibition to promote UAE resident female artists. The show was under the patronage of Rotary Club of Dubai and his founding president brig. Saeed Mattar Bin Bleilah. International artists Dr. Najat Makki and Patricia Millns each donated a painting that was auctioned off. All the sales proceeds were donated to the Rotary Club of Dubai which in turn was allocated for cultural projects in the UAE. The exhibition featured the works of 20 artists from the UAE, Lebanon, Egypt, Palestine, Iran, Sweden, Russia, France and England.         Courtyard Gallery all rights reserved. privacy policy
